Easy, High Protein, Family Friendly Lentil Curry

This daal is super flavoursome, super nutritious and packed full of plant points (10). It’s a favourite in my home, for me because it is just so quick and easy to make and by my kids who demolish it so quickly. Add some whole chillies or chutney on the side if you need a kick!

This is on my weekly menu rotation EVERY WEEK because who doesn’t love to start the week with a plant packed, wholesome meal.
